The Point Boatslip Pier "M" Association was created to operate and maintain the pier and boatslips as well enforce all rules and regulations adopted by the Association. Pier M was established as a non-profit corporation on June 26, 2009.
The Pier M Bylaws outline how the Association is managed. The Bylaws were modified on October 22, 2020.
The Point Owners Association, Inc.'s (POA) declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions are applicable to operations of Pier M, the walkway and the parking lot.
Supplemental declaration and amendment to the POA's CCRs that are applicable to all community piers in the Point.
The POA's rules and regulations regarding community piers are applicable to all community piers in the Point.
